Terms & Conditions – PhotoReading Workshop Registration

By registering for this workshop offered by Dianne Jamieson via Muscle Tuners International Inc., you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Registration & Seat Confirmation

Your workshop fee secures and holds your seat in the selected PhotoReading workshop. Registration is confirmed only once full payment has been received. 

2. Payment Policy

All fees are due at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.

3. Refund Policy

All registrations are final. Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued.

4. Transfers / Date Exchanges

Under extenuating circumstances, and at the sole discretion of the workshop provider, your registration may be transferred to a future workshop date, subject to availability. Requests for date exchanges must be made in writing as soon as possible.

5. Ongoing Support After Training

Once you have completed the workshop, you will continue to have access to the instructor for reasonable follow-up guidance, additional tips, and refinement of techniques as you apply the PhotoReading skill set in real-world contexts.

6. Personal Practice & Results

PhotoReading is a learnable skill that improves with practice and consistent use. Like any skill, results depend on application. Participants acknowledge that continued use is necessary to maintain and strengthen the techniques learned. In simple terms: if you do not use it, you may lose proficiency over time.

7. Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for attending the workshop, engaging in the learning process, and practicing the techniques taught in order to gain the greatest benefit.

8. Changes to Schedule

The workshop provider reserves the right to reschedule dates, change delivery format, or make reasonable adjustments where necessary. If changes occur, registered participants will be notified promptly.

9. Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, frameworks, exercises, and training content are provided for personal learning use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or taught to others without written permission.

10. Agreement

By registering for the workshop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
