In my opinion, the difference between Muscle Tuners Source Point Tapping (SPT) and regular EFT tapping is the difference between using a shotgun to hit a target vs a trained sniper aiming a laser weapon.
With SPT you are using laser beam clarity to identify the target, a clear line of vision that doesn’t alert body systems that may trigger unnecessarily, and precision that ensures the mark and only the intended mark, is effected so completely that not even cellular memory remains.
I undertook several traditional EFT vs SPT experiments. I found that for me, EFT, like a shotgun, splatters lots of pellets in the direction of the goal, but it feels messy, left me raw, punched up, and scattered, often activating more emotions than I could deal with in one sitting. I’d leave feeling tired, vulnerable, frustrated, triggered, incomplete. I needed to return several times to complete the process and sometimes would leave myself hanging in negativity.
When I use SPT, it appears to wipe cellular memory clean… zero, zippo, nada, clean…. I got to the point where I had to go back to my journal to see what I had been working on and think, ‘What? Why did I tap on that? Was that a real thing, because it sure isn’t there anymore.” Thanks Denise for your special forces technique.
